Tlinks is a consortium of over 120 golf courses, country clubs, hotels, resorts and travel agents, based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina with a geographic footprint that stretches from North Carolina (Pinehurst area) through South Carolina (Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Hilton Head), Coastal Georgia (St Simons Island), North Florida (Jacksonville, Amelia Island, Pensacola, Destin, etc.) into Alabama (The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail).
Tlinks Leadership, which has a long history as a coop to share in marketing, operations and financial management investments, contacted ICAP to build an enterprise-level solution. ICAP built a fully integrated system that would address all the needs of this wide variety of business stakeholders using Custom Application Development.
Tlinks needed new architecture and product roadmap along with a strong development plan, schedule, and vision for the new system. The technology stack was a full Microsoft .NET platform.
ICAP placed the Chief Information Officer initially into the Tlinks senior leadership group and then provided all 10 members of the Dev team. Our team included Architect, Project Manager, Database Administrator, Developers and QA/Testers.
Upon the Go-Live date, all stakeholders could make Golf Tee Time Reservation into a single system across the entire Tlinks enterprise. The system was built to accommodate all aspects of reservations, schedules, client contact information, financial information and payment, etc.
After several years of successful utilization, the Tlinks leadership sold this technology to a major national Golf Course Tee Time Reservation company, a household name in the Golf industry.
