Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer

With over 30 years’ experience in the staffing industry, Barry has become a well-respected expert within the I.T. industry. Barry manages the day-to-day operations of ICAP and serves as the face of the company. He studied Political Science at Winthrop University. When he’s not working directly with clients to find talent or candidates to connect them with opportunities, you can find him spending time with family and friends, golfing, fishing, and watching football. You can also catch him on his new podcast Tech Leaders Talk where experts and leaders in the wide world of IT discuss the industry and hard-earned career wisdom.

President

Traci Newkirk is an award-winning, speaker, teacher/ facilitator, and business owner. In addition to ICAP, Traci founded Human Potential Advisors in 2021 where she works with individuals and teams to help them reach their full potential. Traci holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Winthrop University and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Irvine. She is a sought-after speaker in South Carolina and across the U.S., addressing topics mainly focused on Culture, Hiring and Organizational Health. She serves as the 2024 Chair Elect for the Greenville County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is a volunteer mentor with the Young Professionals Pacesetters Program.

VP of Financial Management

Tina has 10 years of experience specifically related to the IT Staffing Industry, including strong operations and human resource expertise. Her attention to detail, financial knowledge and relationship-building skills have established her credibility with our client and consultant base.   Tina has a Marketing Degree with a minor in Computer Science from Florida State University.  She collaborates with the Management Team to develop and implement plans to sustain and improve efficient operational infrastructure to ensure successful business goals and objectives.  She and her husband have lived in Greenville for 22 years and have 3 adult children.

Emma Aho has a wide-ranging skillset in marketing, graphic design, community relations, and communications. As an incredibly versatile individual, she plans, executes, and manages marketing strategies and communication efforts within the HPA organization.

Emma is passionate about delivering impactful results and continuously seeks innovative ways to elevate the brand and drive its success in a competitive market.
