Traci Newkirk is an award-winning, speaker, teacher/ facilitator, and business owner. In addition to ICAP, Traci founded Human Potential Advisors in 2021 where she works with individuals and teams to help them reach their full potential. Traci holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Winthrop University and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Irvine. She is a sought-after speaker in South Carolina and across the U.S., addressing topics mainly focused on Culture, Hiring and Organizational Health. She serves as the 2024 Chair Elect for the Greenville County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is a volunteer mentor with the Young Professionals Pacesetters Program.

Tina has 10 years of experience specifically related to the IT Staffing Industry, including strong operations and human resource expertise. Her attention to detail, financial knowledge and relationship-building skills have established her credibility with our client and consultant base. Tina has a Marketing Degree with a minor in Computer Science from Florida State University. She collaborates with the Management Team to develop and implement plans to sustain and improve efficient operational infrastructure to ensure successful business goals and objectives. She and her husband have lived in Greenville for 22 years and have 3 adult children.

Kristen is a deep thinker and highly skilled professional, experienced in project and program management, data-driven process improvement, and relationship-centric stakeholder management. Leveraging her critical thinking and communication skills along with her robust ability to synthesize data, Kristen defines and maintains internal processes and projects at ICAP. Kristen enjoys life in the Upstate with her three teenagers and can often be found hiking local trails on the weekend.

For over 15 years, Megan has held positions in marketing and client relations in nonprofit, corporate, government and agency environments. She provides strategic guidance, brand strategy, marketing, and project management services to growing businesses through her work at Finnern Consulting.
Megan graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. She began her career in banking where she focused on growth and client relations. While earning her MBA, Megan realized an enthusiasm for marketing and communications and decided to make a career transition.
Megan is very involved in the greater Greenville community. Her board service includes Rebuild Upstate, Fall for Greenville, Upstate SC Chapter of American Red Cross, and Greenville Chamber Board of Advisors. She is a graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 44 and volunteers her time with numerous community organizations.
